KeepSnaps wants to be your event photographer

4/15/2015

My family attended a wedding last fall where we posed for the event’s photographer. Six months later we were still waiting for prints.

A new service called KeepSnaps has a concept that puts fresh photos in the hands of the people who attend an event - and it’s not another photo booth.

KeepSnaps turns guests or event staffers into photographers. They assign a specific hashtag to photos that they upload to Twitter or Instagram. A special KeepSnaps printer finds the photos and prints them on branded paper as instant gifts for the event attendees.

The service is designed for a variety of events including a wedding, conference, product launch or any other gathering that guests will want to remember. KeepSnaps photos can please the participants while giving the event coverage on social media.

In addition to the KeepSnaps printer, the service can also incorporate a live photo stream projection with the option to insert advertising slides, a photo book and event Instagram photographer.

KeepSnaps is currently available in Australia with prices starting at $1,000 for a four hour package. Get more details at the KeepSnaps website and @KeepSnaps on Twitter.
