Service helps users build their brand


In the early days of the Internet, experts said all you needed was a page on the World Wide Web to promote your product, your service or yourself. Today it’s all about your personal brand and the many social media platforms that help you enhance and extend it.

Social Brands Today is a new service that lets users collect and display all of their streams and platforms in a single directory with sections for different topics such as Bloggers, Travel, Health or Real Estate. Think of Social Brands Today as an interactive business card.

The Social Brands Today website explains the service this way: “In addition to your standard information (Name, logo, address, phone, description), we also include links to your prime social profiles such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus, Pinterest, Tumblr, Instagram and your blog RSS feed. Additionally, our system pulls in all of your most recent social updates from each profile where available and makes all that data search engine friendly.”

Participation is free but users must have at least two social profiles to quality and some topics like porn, gambling and get rich quick schemes are banned. For more details, visit the Social Brands Today website.
