Teeny Office adds new features for travel agents

Teeny Office is the all-in-one CRM host platform for travel agencies that I profiled earlier this year. The cloud-based desktop software has modules for important functions such as a calendar, price quotes, invoicing in different currencies, client travel and email history, email marketing and passport reminders.

The latest upgrade to Teeny Office has added the ability to customize commission tracking.  That means agency administrators can now track agent commissions and payments.

Another new addition is Vacation Quick Quote, a feature that lets agents quickly build and deliver price quotes to potential or existing clients. According to Teeny Office, project elements can be compiled and a quote sent to a hot lead in under a minute. Response time is often the critical factor between a closed deal and a lost sale.

Teeny Office can be scaled for large or small office. The software is currently being used by client agencies in China, the UK, Canada, Australia   and Vietnam as well as the US.
