Team.Do simplifies project management

5/18/2015

I remember when project management tools consisted of an email list. If you were lucky, you would commandeer a whiteboard in a random conference room.

Today, there are a plethora of sophisticated enterprise and online tools that managers can deploy to track projects in a department or across a global enterprise.

Team.Do is a cloud-based task management app that was launched in Israel seven years ago and has continued to grow since then, Today, the company says the software is used by more than 15,000 clients with more than 200,000 projects.

The key feature of Team.Do is its simplicity. Users do not have to be technically savvy to be part of the team and contribute to a project. The program’s scheduling element can integrate with Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook and users can exchange files with a simple drag-and-drop.

A project manager can assign staff to different tasks by granting permissions and get a snapshot of the work status by sorting and filtering by Last Updated, Due Date, Task Owner or other keys.

Pricing for Team.Do starts with a free version that allows up to three projects. The basic subscription costs $30 a month and allows 10 projects and up to 100MB of storage.
