Absolute Forms is a mobile app that lets users create a variety of forms that could replace reams of paper and make a field staff faster and more efficient. The app is designed for anyone who has to fill out audit reports, check lists, surveys or event reports.
The forms can be created offline and added to a library when the mobile device has an Internet connection. That also works for the field staff. Data entered into a form will be stored on the device if the user is in a remote area or otherwise beyond the reach of a data service.
Form validation uses a color codes to display questions that are unanswered or fields that contain an invalid answer. Percentage bars shows the progress toward completion.
The app is available as a free download for Android devices in the Google Play Store. The company says versions for iOS and the web are coming soon.
