Questback focuses on customer feedback

5/29/2015

Before a new product hits the market, it will likely have been reviewed or tested by its potential customers. In some cases, that happens in person in a focus group session. Companies also get feedback using surveys and questionnaires developed by consulting firms like QuestBack.

The Norwegian developer of feedback software has clients in Europe and the US. It worked with General Mills to test new foods and with Bosh to learn what carpenters, plumbers and do-it-yourselfers think about the company’s tools.

Quest back says its goal is to give clients “the easiest to use most powerful feedback platform on the market.” Clients can set up and schedule a survey right after or during an event, when the results can be up to 40 percent more accurate, and view, analyze and share the collected data in real time.

The range of feedback tools Questback offers includes customer satisfaction and customer service surveys, market research and product development surveys and employee entry and exit surveys.

Anyone interested in learning more about Questback’s services can request a demo, watch videos and a webinar on the Questback website.
