This Minifig USB can look just like you

Here’s a gift idea for the person who has everything: a USB drive that looks just like them. Or their dog. Or their favorite celebrity. There’s a new Belgian company ready to crank one out, once they raise enough start-up money through a campaign on Indiegogo.

Here’s how it works. You send them a photo of the person or character that you want to recreate. They produce the USB housing with an industrial printer. Each one is unique; it’s not a decal stuck on a standard plastic figure. And, they are LEGO compatible.

A $50 contribution gets you one 8GB Minifig USB or two for $90. The campaign is just starting on it’s way toward an $8,000 goal. The estimated delivery date is February, 2015.
