Pulsed Media rents seedboxes for torrent storage

If you were online during the heyday of Napster and Limewire, you probably know BitTorrent. Like those earlier services, BitTorrent is a communications protocol that supports peer-to-peer file sharing over the Internet at speeds that are much faster than conventional downloads.

A seedbox is a dedicated high-speed server that is used exclusively for torrent transfers. A seedbed may be overkill for someone who does occasional downloads. But they’re great for high-volume users who share a lot of files and want to maintain a between the amount of files offered and files acquired.

One way to acquire a seedbox is through Pulsed Media, an EU-based company that provides the servers for a monthly fee. The servers provide fast downloads and extensive storage while owners get access to their files from anywhere using a browser and a VPN if they want secure and anonymous access.

The Pulsed Media boxes are secured using RAID 5 or RAID 10 backup and they can easily be expanded if a user needs more space.

Prices range from 12.99€ a month for 675GB of storage and 7,000GB of traffic to 34.99€ a month for 2,700GB of storage and 30,000GB of traffic.

For more details, check out the lists of seedbox pices and features at the Pulsed Media website.
